Make or Break in Europe

SuperSport will bring you a feast of football on Tuesday night as the battle for Champions League positions intensifies across Europe.

Monaco will be under pressure in France as they trail Valencia 3-1 on aggregate after the Spaniards launched their campaign in style.

Monaco are without a win in three matches while Valencia only managed a draw away to Rayo Vallecano on Saturday.

The French might fancy their chances as Valencia has only collected one victory in their last five on the road but they need to strike early to keep themselves in contest.

Shakhtar Donetsk claimed a valuable 1-0 away win in their first encounter with Rapid Wien but they are not home yet.

Rapid Wien beat SV Grodig 3-0 over the weekend that provided the perfect confidence booster ahead of the must win clash in the Ukraine.

The tie I am most looking forward to watching will take place in Sweden.

Malmo suffered back to back defeats but they managed to score twice in Scotland and that might prove decisive in the final analysis.

Celtic are however more than tough to beat as statistics will prove. They have only drawn one and lost one of their last 10 matches in all competitions dating back to 4 July 2015.

Leigh Griffiths and Callum McGregor found the target in a 3-1 win over Dundee United that leaves Celtic in second position on the Scottish Premier League standings.

It will take a monumental effort from Malmo to beat Celtic in their second leg clash.
