A real go to fast snack or even a late Sunday night dinner idea. Fast, easy and you can enrich it with anything from chilli flakes, bacon, blue cheese, your favourite herbs and even just a big spoon full of garlic.
Makes about 12 scones
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup grated cheddar
- 15 ml baking powder
- 5 ml salt
- 2 ml cayenne pepper
- Mix everything together, do not overmix.
- Scoop spoonfuls in a greased muffin tin
- Bake for 20 minutes at 180 °C
