Super easy and melt-in-your mouth deliciousness. Shortbread biscuits will always stay a favourite in our house and with this easy recipe we can keep the cookie jar full all the time.
Makes 24 biscuits
- 475 ml flour
- 120 ml castor sugar
- 225 g butter (DO NOT USE MARGARINE)
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add flour, mix well.
- Roll out and cut into desired shapes, place on wax paper.
- Bake at 180°C until pale golden.
