Shortbread Biscuits

Super easy and melt-in-your mouth deliciousness.  Shortbread biscuits will always stay a favourite in our house and with this easy recipe we can keep the cookie jar full all the time.

Makes 24 biscuits

INGREDIENTS:

  • 475 ml flour
  • 120 ml castor sugar
  • 225 g butter (DO NOT USE MARGARINE)

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Cream butter and sugar.
  2. Add flour, mix well.
  3. Roll out and cut into desired shapes, place on wax paper.
  4. Bake at 180°C until pale golden.
