Coleman dedicates himself to putting in the necessary time and effort to becoming the best possible rugby player that he can be.
With his daily training session, and visits to the gym, his secret to tracking his performance – “A Fitbit Surge”, he says.
Having recently started focusing a little bit more on lifestyle & fitness here at TheYellowCap.com, we caught up with Kurt and found out more about this gadget that is taking the fitness-world by storm.
What features have you enjoyed?
I really enjoy all the different modes of the exercise setting, I think it’s pretty cool! It is easy to understand and it is very clear and easy to operate.
What is your overall impression of the look and feel of the Fitbit Surge?
I think it’s brilliant. Love the colour which is a simple black and goes with any outfit you wear be it for training or casual. It’s a nice and comfortable fit and it doesn’t get in the way when you lifting weight etc.
It sits nice and snug when you running which is a must as I dont like having to constantly need to adjust it’s position.
Is there anything you would change about it?
The only thing I would change is to make it 100% waterproof.
Would you recommend the Fitbit Surge to anyone and tell us why?
I would definitely recommend it to anyone. It doesn’t matter what your daily life or schedule looks like, if you looking to become fitter and healthier Fitbit is definitely the way.
From logging in your food, to setting goals, it really has motivated me to become a better athlete.
