I’m always on the lookout for something different to try, and this is definitely different with a good kick. Very delicious and a good way to end an epic night with friends and family.
Serves: 4 or more (depends how thirsty you are)
INGREDIENTS:
- 1.85 kg butter
- 1.85 kg icing sugar
- 1.85 kgbrown sugar
- 40 ml cinnamon
- 20 ml nutmeg
- 3.8 l vanilla ice cream (at room temperature)
- 250 ml rum
- to taste boiling water
- to taste nutmeg
METHOD:
- Cream together eveything then put in the freezer until needed. (This is known as the batter)
- To serve add rum (about 25 ml), 4 tablespoons batter (or more) and fill with boiling water to fill cup.
- Sprinkle with nutmeg and enjoy.
